2. What is the size of the packings? Do you have instant coffee and powdered products like masala tea, hot chocolate, and white chocolate? Do you have decaf?

Coffee is in packages of 250 grams and one kilogram. Instant coffee is available in the form of a drip cup and has two types of special and commercial, and powdered products include only Turkish coffee and coffee Sheikh. 9- How long does the coffee pack retain its quality after opening and for how long it can be stored?

Coffee beans contain oil that oxidizes in the presence of air; So it is better to use coffee in the shortest possible time. Once the coffee pocket is opened, the oxidization process will begin. Of course, the packages are equipped with special clamps and airtight cans that can help improve the quality and storage time of coffee. However, according to the date of roasting, economic coffees can be used for up to three months after opening, and special coffees can be used for up to 45 days after opening due to roasting with lower temperatures

11. What are the differences between coffee lines? Which coffee is sourer and which one is more bitter? Are the coffees in the form of seeds or they are ground?

Commercial coffees: They usually include our blended coffees (Robusta and Arabica) such as 20-80 and 50-50 coffees except for 100% coffee that has an Arabica bean blend (no Robusta). All coffees are in the form of seeds, except powdered products (Turkish and Sheikh coffee), but for home users who can not grind the coffee, it will be ground and sent as per the customer's request by stating the device and the type of coffee used.

13. Is there a limit for shipment and registering an order?

The company will follow up on phone orders and requests through WhatsApp from Saturday to Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and if customers' requests are registered and completed, it will do the shipment before 3:00 PM on the same day. For the ones who can register a request through the site, please note that if the order is registered before 3 pm, it will be sent on the same day and the delivery will be postponed to the next day after the mentioned time.
