About Lemm Coffee:
Lemm Coffee Brand, established in April 2017 in Tehran, is a private limited liability company and manufacturer that specializes in roasting, training, and trading coffee and related products, which aims to fill the gap of quality coffee produced in Iran and to promote the culture of coffee drinking. With the support of two decades of experience and efficient activity of its founders in the ecosystem of education - culturalization and coffee trade in Iran, the company has achieved its goal by using the world's expert force, technology, and modern knowledge and has given priority to producing quality products according to international standards in Iran. 
To familiarize the dear audience with Lemm, the scope of the company's activities is divided into three main branches:
 1- Supplying green coffee beans, roasting coffee in two branches of commercial coffees of combining Robusta, Arabica, pure Arabica, special coffees (100% single-origin Arabica), packing and distribution of products.
 2- Holding training workshops on coffee cognition skills and barista in the equipped academy of the complex, as well as holding 1 to 2-day workshops in other cities and provinces throughout Iran in line with the social responsibility of the complex and promoting public awareness of the benefits and knowing what is coffee and why and how it should be consumed and what are its varieties. 
3- Consulting, development, and launching of various styles of coffee shops and coffee-related businesses.

Initially, the most critical element of making an ideal cup of tea is to choose the finest and high-quality green beans.  Therefore, our research, quality control, and the commercial team selects the coffee beans used in Lemm products in two categories of commercial and special coffee from best farms and resources from around the world meticulously and with great commitment, and after conducting quality-control tests and before using it in the advanced laboratory, this company purchases its products.  
Factors affecting the final quality of roasted coffee are: 
1. Technology and quality of coffee roaster that can control various parameters such as pressure and temperature control of the main tank, control of rotation speed and amount of exhaust smoke and airflow, drum body material, insulation, fuel type, and alloys used in the body and cooling plate of roasted beans, power and quality of uniform heat transfer to all layers of coffee beans, etc.  
2. The coffee roaster who needs extensive experience, knowledge, and skills.  
3. Degassing or resting roasted beans after the roasting process and controlling the amount of carbon dioxide in the packaged coffee to maintain the freshness and quality of the final product. 
4. material and alloy of the packing intended for storing coffee, which must be made of suitable materials that can be adjacent to food so as not to react chemically with food. It is also necessary to use a one-way discharge valve of carbon dioxide trapped in the coffee beans to get out of the package and not tear and explode the envelope during transportation and storage.
